About The Founder
Vinod Kumar Pandey has extensive experience in developing and implementing programs that improve the lives of India’s rural people. An alumnus of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, he has spent more than 15 years ensuring that aid programs make a real impact on communities and are sustainable. He has been a fellow with Acumen India, MGG Academy and Giving Tuesday. Vinod is from the small village of Chousa (Buxar district), Bihar.

About Co-Founder & COO
Rani Opula Rajan is a social entrepreneur and development professional with over a decade of experience in education, livelihoods, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability. As Co-Founder & COO of the Development Innovation Foundation (DIF), she leads initiatives such as Girls to Schools, Rozgar Dhaba, and Eco Guardian, which have impacted thousands across rural India through education, employment, and environmental stewardship.
Currently pursuing a Master in Public Administration at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, she is a Li Ka Shing Endowment Fund Scholar (AY 2025/26), recognized for her leadership and dedication to public service.
